Secure Payment

For privacy, security and the convenience of our customers, we are currently only offering Interac e-transfers. 

Instructions for payment can be found in the final step upon checking out.

Interac E-Transfer Instructions:

To complete your order, follow the instructions below:

1) Login to your bank of choice online
2) Select the “E-Transfer” option
3) Select your bank account and enter the amount from your confirmation invoice (in CAD please!)
4) Add “[email protected]” as a new recipient
5) Be sure in the notes to add your order number (example: “Order #1956”)
6) Security Question – Who you gonna call?
7) Security Answer – finch1
8) Click “continue” to complete your E-Transfer
9) Check your inbox for a confirmation email from us with the next steps.

I sent payment but have not received an email that my order is still on hold.

It may take up to a couple hours for us to accept your payment. Once payment is accepted you order will be processed and shipped out within 24 hours. If you place your order on Friday after 5 pm, your order will be processed and shipped the next business day (Monday).

When will I receive my tracking number?

You will receive your tracking number from Canada Post within 24 us receiving payment. If placed on Friday, you will receive tracking info on the next business day (Monday).
